How to get fast and effective tech support with MYCIO?

If you encounter any technical issues or have questions, please follow the steps below to get quick and efficient assistance:

Step #1 - Send an email to our helpdesk

Send an email to with as much information as possible:

  • For an application, include its name and a copy/screenshot of the error message and/or problem encountered;

  • For hardware, include the name or serial number and if possible, a photo of the problem.

The majority of issues can be resolved remotely. You can reduce wait times by sending a detailed description and you will receive a ticket number in return, which will be useful for ensuring the best possible follow-up to your request.

Step #2 - Your voicemail is magical

Our support service is available at 02 899 67 67. Sometimes, no collaborator may be available to answer your call. Do not hang up and leave us a message. Our voicemail is designed to transform your recorded message into an audio ticket for the support department.

Why use for your requests?

Our IT team is composed of several technicians. Each one is constantly connected to our ticketing tool and can see incoming requests in real-time via or recorded messages. This allows for structured intervention on urgent issues (blockages) and planned responses to requests (non-urgent issues). This system also allows for requests to be distributed to available technicians. Finally, your assigned technician can usually take charge of the intervention or assist one of their colleagues in the intervention.
