Comment obtenir un support technique rapide et efficace avec MYCIO ?

Thank you for trusting us with your IT! We are excited to show you why choosing MYCIO as your IT partner is the right decision. With our fast and efficient technical support, you can be sure that your IT needs are in good hands. If you encounter any technical issues or have questions, please follow the steps below to get quick and effective assistance:

Step #1 - Email our helpdesk

Send an email to help@mycio.eu with as much information as possible:

  • For an application, include its name and a copy/screenshot of the error message and/or the issue encountered;

  • For hardware, include the name or serial number, along with a photo of the issue if possible.

The vast majority of issues can be resolved remotely. By providing a comprehensive description, you reduce wait times and ensure our team has the necessary information to follow up on your request. For an ongoing request, please reply to the same email thread.

Step #2 - Your voicemail is magic

Our support service is available at 02 899 67 67. Occasionally, no one may be available to take your call. Please don't hang up; leave us a message. Include your name, company, callback number, and the issue you are experiencing so our team can get back to you.

Why use help@mycio.eu for your requests?

Our IT team consists of several technicians. Requests sent to help@mycio.eu and voicemail messages allow our team to review your needs and track them effectively. This enables us to handle urgent issues (blockers) in a structured manner and schedule non-urgent requests. This system also ensures your requests are distributed among available technicians.

Finally, your dedicated technician will generally be able to take charge of the intervention or assist one of their colleagues with it.
