Confidentiality Agreement

The digital media provided by the client, and any documents or information of any kind resulting from their processing by MYCIO, remain the property of the client.

The data contained in these media and documents are strictly covered by professional secrecy.

MYCIO commits to taking all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the information, in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or disclosed to unauthorized persons.

1. MYCIO therefore commits to strictly observe the following obligations and to ensure they are observed by its staff, specifically to:

► make no copies of the documents and information media entrusted to it, except for those necessary for the performance of its services as defined in the contract;

► not use the processed documents and information for any purposes other than those specified in the contract;

► not disclose these documents or information to any other persons, whether private or public, individuals or legal entities;

► take all measures to prevent any misuse or fraudulent use of computer files during the term of the contract;

► take all measures, including physical security, to ensure the preservation of the documents and information processed throughout the duration of the contract;

2. And upon termination of the contract to:

► proceed with the destruction of all manual or computerized files storing the entered information;

or to:

► return all information media in full, in accordance with the terms provided in the contract.
