Non-disclosure agreement

 

The computer media provided by the customer and all documents or information of any kind resulting from their processing by MYCIO remain the customer's property.

 

Professional secrecy strictly covers the data in these media and documents.

 

MYCIO undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the information and in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized persons.

 

1. MYCIO, therefore, undertakes to respect, in an absolute manner, the following obligations and to have them respected by its staff, that is to say in particular to:

► not to take any copies of the documents and information media entrusted, with the exception of those necessary for the purposes of the performance of its service, subject of the contract;

► not to use the documents and information processed for purposes other than those specified in the contract;

► not to disclose these documents or information to other persons, whether private or public, natural or legal persons;

► take all measures to avoid any misuse or fraudulent use of computer files during the performance of the contract;

► take all measures, in particular material security, to ensure the preservation of the documents and information processed throughout the duration of the contract;

 

2. And at the end of the contract to:

► proceed with the destruction of all manual or computerized files storing the information entered;

 

or to:

 

► fully return the information media according to the terms and conditions provided for in the contract.
